Festival 2022 Bulletin #6

Updated: Aug 4, 2020

Kia ora paddlers

Well, what an unbelievable day we had for the first day of registration. All of the team at NZBCS 2022 want to say a huge thank you to everyone that took the time to register.

Thank you so much for putting your faith in us and for believing that by 2022 the world we find ourselves in now will be very different, with lots of freedom to travel at will.

We know that for many of you the unknowns are too great to take any risks with. We fully respect that and that is why we will be keeping registration open until 31st May 2021, so that you can register (or not) when you feel more confident to do so.

Now for the truly exciting news. In the first 14 minutes of registration opening there were 43 registrations and 62 teams registered before midday. There are teams joining us from Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, New Zealand and USA.

We had our fingers crossed that there wouldn’t be a crash of the registration system and we were very pleased that it performed incredibly well coping with so many teams registering all at once.

Well done to the first team to register which was KC Pink Warriors warriors from Kansas City!

If you haven't registered yet, registrations are now open!

If you forgot to save the page with the payment details, you can access it here. Payments are by bank transfer only and in NZ$.
